For the first blog Id like to share a video that represents something I enjoy watching on my spare time. The link above is a video clip from The Ellen Show during her segment called "tinder nightmares' where she shares some horror stories with the audience of some individuals experiences using the app. Tinder is a well known dating/ hook up site that is used to find people in close proximity by persons of really any age. Although its known to be very well liked, there are commonly some 'nightmares' involved with almost every individual using it. This clip highlights just a few of unfortunate messages and responses sent into her show which she hilariously reads out to her audience. This topic is quite funny because of how the audience can connect to similar experiences that they've probably had using this app and the ability to relate to these situations is what makes these nightmares so humorous.
The ellen show is something that I enjoy watching on youtube as it covers very light and funny topics and you could spend hours watching segment to segment even though they are commonly short clips. I find that Ellen does a very good job of not only laughing and making fun of other celebrities but also making fun of her self. The captivating talk show can be found all over youtube with a variety of topics covered and celebrities interviewed.
